We also analyze spatial patterns from positron emission tomography and study biomarkers from the cerebrospinal fluid and blood plasma. Furthermore, it allows to easily develop new specialized analysis pipelines, by introducing, e.g., new input data types, pre- and postprocessing steps, graph measures, visualization tools and deep
