Workshop on Graph Theory and Deep Learning to Brain Connectivity

We introduced novel brain connectivity tools based on graph theory, dynamic connectivity, and deep learning. We demonstrated how you could use them to extract more information from your structural MRI (T1-weighted or DWI), functional MRI (resting-state or task-based), and PET data. We guided students though the analysis of the data using our software BRAPH 2.0

Dates:

27/October, 17/November and 1/December.

Location:

SUBIC, Stockholm University
