We introduced novel brain connectivity tools based on graph theory, dynamic connectivity, and deep learning. We demonstrated how you could use them to extract more information from your structural MRI (T1-weighted or DWI), functional MRI (resting-state or task-based), and PET data. We guided students though the analysis of the data using our software BRAPH 2.0
